My Inspiration
Sitting in front of your desk for hours on end can be daunting.Programmers, students, teachers and anyone sitting in front of a desk need to organize their time in order to be productive, have inspiration for maximum creativity as well as enjoy what they do and be entertained.
So, I put the three in one single app.
Organization
The App uses the pomodoro technique, which is completing a set amount of tasks in intervals of 25 minutes and resting for 5 minutes, repeating this 4 times, therefore maximizing your productivity and acomplishing daily goals.
Entertainment
With inspiration from the popular movie "The Impossible" I have created a journey with different scenarios, each decision affecting wether you stay alive or suffer the atrocities of a tsunami.
Inspiration
Using quotes from the most inspiring world leaders, athletes and scholars, a random quote will be chosen to motivate you to complete your tasks throughout your day.
Design Process
Each aspect of the app is different, for instance the introduction simply asks the user's name. From there the app asks the user what they would like to use the program for.The Schedule Planner will store the tasks you must complete and let you know wether to continue working or if you can rest, it also removes completed tasks from the list. Quotes chooses a random quote and shows it to you. The Journey shows different quick decisions you must make in case of a tsunami.
